Negotiation/Acceptance
The university is the legal recipient of research funding under a written agreement with the sponsor. Negotiation and acceptance of research funding agreements are the responsibility of the Office of Sponsored Programs and, in the case of corporate sponsored research, the Office of Technology Transfer.
